Gary Lineker and his wife Danielle have confirmed that they are to divorce. He couple were granted a Decree Nisi at Southampton Family Court. This means that they remain married and this will be the case until the Decree Absolute is granted. The earliest that this can be applied for is six weeks and one day after the Decree Nisi was pronounced, providing an opportunity for financial and children matters to be resolved.
Gary Lineker tweeted that they had “had many wonderful years together” and that they “remain very close and the best of friends.” Danielle responded by saying she would “cherish their relationship.”
