A very recent Supreme Court ruling has highlighted the importance of divorcing couples being transparent in the disclosure of their financial details and assets in divorce proceedings.
The court ruled in favour of two applicants who were allowed to re-open settlements after they had discovered that their partners had given misleading information in hybrid original proceedings which concealed their true financial situations.
