LPA – Lasting Power of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that lets you appoint one or more people (your attorneys) to help make decisions or make decisions on your behalf, should you become incapable of doing so.

Without a registered LPA, nobody has the authority to make decisions on your behalf. Our expert solicitors can discuss with you which LPA best suits your needs and guide you through the process of who to appoint (it may be more than one person) and what they should and should not be allowed to do.
