Family Solicitor with 5-10 Years PQE Required.

The Role
The focus of the role will be in private law family work to include children matters, divorce, ancillary relief and injunctions both publicly and privately funded.
The candidate will need to be willing to conduct his/her own advocacy and it would be of benefit if they had some experience of care proceedings which they may be required to assist with from time to time.
You should preferably have:
- Strong oral and written communication.
- High levels of initiative.
- Strength of character that enables effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Pragmatic, confident and approachable.
- Customer service skills and the ability to show empathy to clients.
- Full, valid driving licence.
Essential
- Law degree.
- Expert and up-to- date knowledge of family law.
- Strong document drafting skills.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Knowledge and understanding of processes and products offered by Higgins Miller.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Pragmatic, confident and approachable.
- Commercially focussed.
