Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher has been criticised in the media by the grandfather of his 22 month old daughter, Gemma, for failing to pay child maintenance.
Mr Gallagher had a relationship with Gemma’s mother whilst he was married. He has never seen his child and last week was fined £5000 for failing to turn up to a child maintenance court hearing in America.
