Fixed fees, wills and probate solicitors

Following on from our previous article on the significance of having a will that is up-to-date, especially when you are separating from your partner, we thought it would be helpful to discuss your will writing options in a little more detail.

Will writing – what are my options?

When it comes to wills, you need to have full confidence that the will you have is perfectly written and sets out your intentions in terms of distributing your assets upon your passing. It’s essential that it’s written accurately and with the help and support of a will writing specialist.

Even though a will can be made and written without a legal expert, such as a solicitor, we would always advise that a solicitor is at least involved in the checking of the wording, as their wealth of knowledge and experience will make the process much easier and less stressful. It’s always best to have a professional second opinion, of which we are always on hand to assist you.

Fixed fee wills

As honesty and transparency are our main priorities when legally assisting you in your times of need, we’re pleased to announce our fixed fee Will option. This means you are in safe hands legally, but also financially. For our fixed-fee professional Will writing service, we are consistently developing an incredibly competitive scale of fixed fees, so that you know, in advance, exactly what the cost of making a Will should be.

As part of our fixed fee Will writing options, we have also included Probate fees and the cost to arrange Lasting Power of Attorney. However, these below fees do not include VAT.

As always, if you have any more questions relating to Wills, or to arrange a consultation about preparing your Will and all details that are associated with this, please call us on: 0161 429 7251 or email: [email protected].

Some of our fixed fee will writing services available to you are:

  • Single Wills £250 (Plus VAT)
  • Mirror Wills £375 (Plus VAT)
  • Single Lasting Power of Attorney £375 (Plus VAT)

We offer a vast range of Will writing services, so of course, this is not an exhaustive list. We understand the concept of Wills can feel overwhelming and confusing, but we are on hand to talk you through your options, based upon your personal circumstances.

Rest assured that each of our expert team are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and has the highest level of training and experience in the Will writing legal field.
