At Higgins Miller, we endeavour to keep our clients happy and safe. Most of the time, that relates to their legal status, but in these exceptional circumstances, we are now having to consider the health of our clients and our staff.
As family lawyers, care is at the heart of everything that we do. The UK is now in a state of lockdown in order to combat the spread of COVID-19. This has led us to making the decision to close the office doors, but our services remain very much available.

If you have a court hearing approaching we will let you know what the arrangements for that are. Please make sure that we have your up to date phone number and email address.
We ask for your understanding during this period if your queries take a little longer to be answered. Please be assured that we will still be available for you during normal office hours, but ringing the office phone will not get you through to your lawyer. Please email them directly to speak with your representative.
